April 8, 2008 – CTC Consulting, an investment consulting firm based in Portland, Oregon, completed a buyout transaction with its parent company, Bank of America Corporation, on April 1, 2008. CTC Consulting, LLC, the resulting entity, is majority owned by CTC employees – 28 of CTC’s 66 employees are owners.
