Ms. Sugden joined CTC in 2008 as a senior performance reporting analyst. In June 2010 she was promoted to performance reporting team leader and is responsible for performance analysis and client reporting, managing part of the performance reporting group and overseeing the training and development of performance reporting analysts.

Before joining CTC, Ms. Sugden worked for Bates Private Capital as a consultant. Prior to Bates Private Capital, she worked in brokerage operations at Bidwell & Company and as an accountant in bank dealer operations at Wells Fargo.

Ms. Sugden received a BS in economics from the University of Oregon.
