Mr. Lawton joined CTC in 2008 as a performance reporting team leader and was promoted to Group Manger in 2012. Jason is responsible for performance analysis and client reporting. As a group manager, he manages all of the performance reporting group and oversees the training and development of performance reporting analysts.

Prior to joining CTC, Mr. Lawton worked at Fisher Investments as an investment counselor, developing and managing client relationships with high net worth investors. Prior to Fisher, he worked for Bates Private Capital. At Bates, Mr. Lawton consulted with attorneys and major brokerage firms regarding strategies in matters of securities litigation. He provided investment performance analysis and expert services for arbitration with the help of twelve analysts and associates that he managed.

Mr. Lawton lives in Portland with his wife and two boys. He is a huge fan of Oregon Ducks football.

He received a BS in business economics from the University of Oregon.
