Mr. Luu joined CTC Consulting in September 2010 as a senior performance reporting analyst.  He is responsible for performance analysis including auditing and reporting for CTC client portfolios.  Prior to joining CTC, Mr. Luu was a senior credit analyst at Capital Pacific Bank (CPB) where his duties included financial monitoring, underwriting of loans and credit actions, and acting as the bank liaison for the US Small Business Administration.  He was a contributing member of the CPB Green Team, one of the first banks in Oregon that was awarded the City of Portland’s Recycleworks  and Climate Champions award.  

Prior to CPB, Mr. Luu was a senior associate with LECG, LLC where he was responsible for analysis in dispute consulting and forensic investigatory engagements for financial litigation, performing market analysis for complex investment portfolios, preparing and reconciling financial schedules relating to projects and was a co-lead of LECG’s Risk Analysis Committee.  In 2006, he was awarded Creative Thinker of the Year.

 Mr. Luu lives in Portland with his family and their chocolate Labrador Stella.  He is a lifelong fan of the Portland Trail Blazers and enjoys playing tennis.  He recently won the 2010 Irvington Club Adidas Open Pro-Am tennis tournament. 

 Mr. Luu received a BS in finance and philosophy from Linfield College and has completed coursework to sit for the Oregon CPA exam through the University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA) in 2010.  He is a member of the Risk Management Association of Oregon and southwest Washington.
