Since 2003, Gary Weaverli has served as CTC Consulting's senior IT specialist and the prime mover of its infrastructure. Mr. Weaverli is a partner in the firm.  Over the course of his tenure with the company, he has successfully researched, built, and implemented business-critical technologies and systems used by the entire company's staff, including remote users. In 2007, Mr. Weaverli was solely responsible for achieving CTC's technological independence during a buyback from its parent company, an undertaking that included extraction and transfer of over 350 GB of highly confidential data; re-imaging of all workstations; and transition of all staff email. 

Mr. Weaverli is adept at analyzing and documenting procedures to streamline training and reduce network downtime. In addition to maintaining effective day-to-day technological solutions for CTC's entire staff, Mr. Weaverli leverages his institutional knowledge to boost equipment, software, and service provider efficiencies. He ensures that the company keeps abreast of technological advancements, driving efforts to ensure improved security and data redundancy to support CTC’s business needs.

Prior to joining CTC, Mr. Weaverli worked at the forefront of the telecommunications industry, providing systems engineering for 3Com and MCI Worldcom. He holds a BA with honors in computer science from Southern Oregon University.
