Robert Gray is chief operating officer and a managing partner at CTC Consulting. He is responsible for managing CTC’s financial, infrastructure and administrative systems and functions and is a member of the executive committee.  Mr. Gray has over 20 years of management experience in financial and professional service firms. Prior to joining CTC, Mr. Gray was practice management director of Stoel Rives LLP, a business and litigation law firm operating in seven states, where he was responsible for practice group business strategy, planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, forecasting, and operational support. Prior to Stoel Rives, Mr. Gray was treasurer, senior vice president and general manager of a privately-held technology company. Mr. Gray has also held executive positions in investment banking, commercial lending and commercial real estate, and has served on the Board of Trustees of ChristieCare and the Multnomah Athletic Club.

Mr. Gray lives in Portland with his wife and two daughters. They enjoy skiing, traveling and spending time in Central Oregon.

Mr. Gray holds an MBA, Beta Gamma Sigma, from the University of Washington and a BS in economics and political science from Willamette University.
