Karen M. Harding is a senior consultant, director of consulting, and a managing partner at CTC Consulting. Ms. Harding is experienced in all facets of consulting, including strategic asset allocation, comprehensive portfolio construction and manager research. As a managing partner, Ms. Harding is a member of CTC’s executive committee.

Prior to CTC, Ms. Harding was a senior analyst and investment manager specialist at R.V. Kuhns and Associates, a regional investment consulting firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon. At R.V. Kuhns, Ms. Harding’s responsibilities included identifying, evaluating, and selecting investment managers for inclusion in client portfolios; conducting performance measurement; and managing the analyst department.

Ms. Harding has been in the investment industry since 1991, when she started her career as a research analyst with R.V. Kuhns. She is a member of The Portland Society of Financial Analysts and has served as a member of the board. Ms. Harding also is a trustee for the Oregon State University Foundation.

Ms. Harding lives in the Portland area with her husband and three children, and in her spare time enjoys boating, traveling and gardening.

A CFA charter holder, Ms. Harding received a BA with highest honors in finance and with minors in economics, French, and Russian from Oregon State University in 1991, and an MBA with honors from Portland State University in 1994.
