STACEY FLIER, CFA

Consultant, Partner

Stacey Flier is a consultant and partner at CTC Consulting. Her primary responsibility is to assist CTC clients with the management of their portfolios. Ms. Flier joined CTC in 1995 and is directly involved in developing and implementing long-term investment policies, analyzing client portfolios, recommending appropriate portfolio allocations and advising on traditional and alternative investment managers. In addition, she specializes in asset allocation using proprietary after-tax asset allocation software developed at CTC Consulting.

Prior to joining CTC, Ms. Flier was an employee benefits analyst with U.S. Bancorp in Seattle, Washington. In this position, she managed over 200 IRA and pension accounts and was responsible for asset allocation, portfolio trading and rebalancing, developing client and participant educational materials, and monitoring compliance with federal regulations. Ms. Flier has been in the investments industry since 1993. She began her career with Merrill Lynch in London where she was responsible for assisting with country research.

Ms. Flier lives in the wine country of Oregon with her husband and son. She enjoys gardening, farming, traveling and reading.

Ms. Flier is a CFA charter holder and a past president and member of the CFA Society of Portland. She received a BA with honors in international business from the University of Puget Sound and an MBA with honors in finance from Portland State University.
