Isabelle K. Campbell is a consultant and partner at CTC Consulting. Her primary responsibilities as a consultant include assisting senior consultants and helping to manage client relationships. She helps to determine long-term investment policies, analyze client portfolios, recommend investment managers and review performance reports. In addition, she is responsible for maintaining and overseeing nearly 30 trust accounts.

Prior to joining CTC, Ms. Campbell was an investment officer at U.S. Trust Company of the Pacific Northwest. She was also an investment officer with U.S. National Bank of Oregon for whom she managed over 150 trust accounts and was responsible for asset allocation, portfolio trading and rebalancing.

Ms. Campbell lives in Portland with her husband and two sons.

She holds a BA in accounting from Portland State University.
