Cheryl L. Holland is a consultant and partner at CTC Consulting. Ms. Holland has been with CTC since 1995. Her primary responsibility is to assist CTC clients with the management of their portfolios. Ms. Holland is directly involved in developing and implementing long-term investment policies, analyzing client portfolios and making recommendations for appropriate portfolio allocations, as well as recommendations for traditional and alternative investment managers.

Prior to joining CTC, Ms. Holland was a senior analyst and public fund specialist at R.V. Kuhns and Associates, a Portland-based investment consulting firm. Her responsibilities at R.V. Kuhns included creation of an annual nationwide study of over 100 of the nation’s largest public funds, performance measurement of over 30 client portfolios and management of the analyst department. Ms. Holland has been in the investment industry since 1990.

Ms. Holland lives in Portland with her husband and two children, and enjoys golfing, hiking and traveling.

Ms. Holland received a BS in finance and marketing from Portland State University.
